This firm seeks an experienced tax professional for a Senior Manager position. The role demands a versatile individual capable of supporting partners in delivering sophisticated tax advice and managing complex projects.

Key responsibilities encompass collaborating with tax and general partners on multifaceted tax advisory matters for a diverse clientele. The successful candidate will oversee projects from inception to completion, including tax planning, advice formulation, and report preparation. Client liaison for advisory project management is crucial, as is supporting corporate transaction tax analysis in conjunction with the firm's corporate finance specialist.

The position involves delegating and supervising the preparation of transaction documents, addressing technical inquiries from HMRC, and fostering knowledge sharing within the tax team. Leadership duties include team management, conducting interviews, and performing appraisals. The role also requires active participation in the tax department's strategic growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive technical knowledge across corporate, personal, and inheritance tax domains, including international aspects.
