About the Role
Opportunity in a Medium Size firm.
Join this firm as a Manager in Corporate Tax and take on a critical role in advancing clients' financial objectives. In this position, you will be entrusted with the preparation and review of complex Corporation Tax returns, ensuring that all work adheres to current tax laws and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in providing accurate and compliant tax solutions. Additionally, you will participate in various tax advisory projects, offering expert guidance on a broad spectrum of tax-related issues.
Your role will extend to contributing to the development of the business tax services by engaging in activities such as writing articles, handling client inquiries, and collaborating with our marketing and sales teams. You will also play a key role in training our in-house team, keeping everyone informed of the latest changes in tax legislation and best practices.
Managing and mentoring junior team members will be a significant part of your responsibilities, where your leadership will foster their professional growth and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in Corporate Tax within an Accountancy Practice and hold CTA/ACA/ACCA qualifications or their equivalent. Exceptional communication and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to cultivate strong relationships with both clients and team members. You should thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating effectiveness both remotely and in the office, while maintaining a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
