This firm seeks a Corporate Finance Tax Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to provide expert tax advice and support on corporate finance transactions. The responsibilities also include managing tax due diligence, structuring transactions, and advising on tax implications of mergers and acquisitions. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored tax solutions.

KEY DUTIES:
- Conducting comprehensive tax due diligence on potential acquisitions and mergers
- Advising clients on the tax implications of corporate finance transactions
- Structuring transactions to optimise tax efficiency
- Collaborating with other departments to provide holistic client solutions
- Managing and mentoring junior team members
- Keeping abreast of changes in tax legislation and ensuring compliance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in corporate tax, ideally within a Big 4 environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
