The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client engagements, developing bespoke reward solutions, conducting market analysis, and providing expert advice on compensation and benefits. Additional duties include overseeing program implementation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strategic business acumen, and a flexible approach to work. They should demonstrate the ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively manage team members. Prior experience in delivering reward-related client projects and a background in professional services are essential.
