About the Role

Opportunity in a Leading firm.

This firm is seeking an experienced professional to step into the position of Audit Director, with a clear path for career progression to Partner. Alternatively, this role is ideal for someone already at Partner level who is looking to take on a new challenge. Working alongside the Office Managing Partner, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of the team and the Audit service line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagements with large, technically challenging clients, providing strategic insights and solutions.
  • Evaluate complex business scenarios to identify critical issues and key priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to clients, offering guidance on both business and personal financial matters.
  • Take full responsibility for overseeing client engagements, including the allocation of tasks, to ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery.
  • Manage all aspects of the audit process, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.

Candidate Profile:

  • ACA/ACCA/CA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in auditing across a range of industries.
  • Proven track record in managing a diverse client portfolio.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
  • RI status is required.
