The main function of this role is to provide expert tax advisory and compliance services to professional partnerships. The responsibilities include managing complex tax projects, liaising with senior client management, and contributing to business development initiatives. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and ensuring the highest standards of technical and personal development.

KEY DUTIES:
- Providing technical tax support and guidance to professional partnerships
- Managing and executing complex tax advisory projects
- Conducting tax compliance reviews and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Engaging in business development activities with new and existing clients
- Liaising with senior client management to offer tailored tax solutions
- Mentoring and managing junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified ACA/CTA (or equivalent) with demonstrable post-qualified experience
- Experience in corporate and/or partnership tax compliance and advisory roles, ideally with professional        partnerships
- Proven ability to handle challenging tax advisory projects
- Involvement in business development activities with clients
- Excellent communication skills and self-motivation
